Rather than maintaining an employed team, Quantifish works with a trusted network of independent consultants. Darcy brings people into projects as collaborators or subcontractors when their expertise is needed.

Merrill leads Scaleability LLC, a fisheries science consultancy that develops stock-assessment methods for data-limited fisheries and applies population models to management questions around the world. She contributes assessment modelling and uncertainty analysis to the rock lobster programme.

Jim runs Anemone Consulting Limited, an independent marine science consultancy specialising in population modelling of fish, marine mammals, and seabirds. He brings stock-assessment and multi-threat ecological risk expertise to fisheries and protected-species work.
