Obtain a growth transition matrix from a vector of growth increments.

Usage

get_growth_matrix(midpoint, increment)

Arguments

midpoint

a vector of midpoints associated with each increment. These midpoints do not need to be evenly spaced.

increment

a vector of growth increments.

Value

A growth transition matrix matrix.
