Obtain default priors — get

Retrieve default prior specifications for model parameters.

Arguments

parameters: A list specifying the AD object created using MakeADFun.
growth_shape_lower: Lower bound used to transform the generalized growth-shape parameter.
growth_shape_upper: Upper bound used to transform the generalized growth-shape parameter.
growth_shape_prior_mean: Prior median for generalized growth shape on its natural scale.
log_q_prior_mean: Prior mean for log_q, on the log scale. Either one value applied to every series, or one value per series in the order of parameters$log_q. Catchability scale depends on the units of each CPUE series (and on any power parameter), so a caller with series on very different scales should supply the per-series form.
log_q_prior_sd: Prior SD for log_q, on the log scale. Same length rules as log_q_prior_mean.

Value

A list of prior specifications.
