Extract weight-at-length values indexed by time-varying indicators.

get_weight(weight_il, which_weight_ytrs)
Arguments
- weight_il
a matrix of weight-at-length for different weight-at-length schedules.
- which_weight_ytrs
a 4D array indexing which weight schedule to use for each year, season, region, and sex combination.
Value
a 5D array of weights by year, season, region, sex, and length.
