Construct the observation packet available to a management procedure

No OM state or true biomass is accepted. Catch records are annual-seasonal values (tonnes), with named components such as total and legal. CPUE records contain the observed index and its log-scale standard deviation.

mse_observations(catch, cpue, year)

Arguments

catch

Data frame with year, season (1=AW, 2=SS), component, value.

cpue

Data frame with year, season, series (positive integer), value, and sd.

year

Last available modelled year; future records are rejected.

Value

A decamod_observations object.
