Reference biomass is an explicit positive scalar in tonnes, not the
historical biomass denominator used by the EM. No reference point is refitted.
Abundance cut-offs must match lower bin boundaries; no bins are split.
Numbers retain the OM's abundance units, documented by number_units.
Usage
mse_outputs(
b_reference,
provenance,
size_breaks,
thresholds,
number_units = "individuals",
keep_numbers = TRUE
)Arguments
- b_reference
Fixed management reference biomass in tonnes.
- provenance
Non-empty description of the source and derivation of B_R.
- size_breaks
Strictly increasing bin boundaries, optionally ending in Inf.
- thresholds
Data frame with unique
name, integersex, andlower.- number_units
Description of the native abundance units.
- keep_numbers
Retain full end-of-year numbers in one list-column per sex.
Value
A configuration for om_decamod().
