Construct a plateau-height search using exactly one estimation model

Only parameter 5 varies. Returned HCRs have no EM-specific timing attached, so the same rules can subsequently be crossed with other EMs using mp_grid().

Usage

mse_plateau_design(em, heights, parameters, reference_years)

Arguments

em

One frozen estimation model, not a list of alternatives.

heights

Unique non-negative plateau catches in tonnes.

parameters

Ten HCR parameters; parameter 5 is replaced by each height.

reference_years

Historical denominator years.

Value

List containing named HCRs, MPs, and a height lookup table.
