Summarise OM removal diagnostics without dropping affected trajectories

Separates observed annual events from trajectories affected at any time. Probabilities use known flags only and report their denominators. Missing diagnostics in older results or unsupported OMs remain unknown, not zero. Magnitude maxima are across annual totals; they are not catch shortfalls. This is an audit, not a new EM rejection rule or a scientific acceptance test.

Data frame with one row per scenario and MP, sample sizes, observed guard/overdraw events, probabilities, and maximum annual magnitudes.
