Do projection

Run forward projections of the population model over specified years.

Usage

do_projection(n_iter, proj_inputs, proj_type = "catch", mod_proj, n_proj)

Arguments

n_iter

number of iterations.

proj_inputs

A list of inputs to the do_dynamics function, as returned by prepare_proj for an MCMC fit (each posterior quantity carrying a leading iteration dimension).

proj_type

default = "catch" else "U".

mod_proj

number of terminal model years replaced with new recruitments

n_proj

number of projection years

Value

a list.

Details

Every region in the model is projected together: R0 is passed to do_dynamics as one value per region, and the returned data frames carry a Region column.
