Define a custom harvest control rule

Usage

hcr_function(rule, target, id, settings = list())

Arguments

rule: Function (input, tacc_history, config) returning one non-negative catch recommendation. Use explicit settings, not mutable external globals.
target: List with quantity, unit, season, and reference_years, matching the EM output.
id: Rule identifier.
settings: Explicit configuration passed as config to the rule.

Value

A decamod_hcr object for mp().
