Calculates the assessment prior for annual recruitment deviations.
Usage
get_recruitment_prior(rdev, sigma, phi)
Arguments
- rdev
A numeric vector of recruitment deviations.
- sigma
A numeric value of recruitment standard deviation.
- phi
A numeric value of temporal autocorrelation coefficient.
Value
A numeric scalar containing the negative log-prior.
Details
All but the final three deviations receive independent zero-mean
normal priors. The final three jointly receive a stationary AR(1) prior
with correlation phi. Consequently, at least four deviations are
required.
