Check sliced age frequencies used by direct removals

Identifies year-season combinations in direct-removal fisheries that contain positive catch but no sliced age-frequency (AF) observations. An empty sliced AF causes the corresponding direct-removal catch implementation to collapse to zero, so these rows require a defensible replacement composition before fitting.

A processed model-data list returned by get_data().

Value

A data frame containing Year, Season, catch, AF, and violation for the first direct-removal fishery with a problem, or an empty data frame when all relevant slices are present.
