Usage

Arguments

lf_year

An integer vector, year indices for length-frequency observations.

lf_season

An integer vector, season indices for observations.

lf_fishery

An integer vector, fishery indices for observations.

lf_minbin

An integer vector of length 6, minimum length bins by fishery.

lf_obs

A numeric matrix of dimensions \[n_lf, 25\], observed length frequencies.

lf_n

A numeric vector, sample sizes for each observation.

catch_pred_fya

A numeric array of dimensions \[n_fishery, n_year + 1, n_age\], predicted catch-at-age.

alk_ysal

A numeric array of dimensions \[n_year, 2, n_age, 25\], age-length key.

Value

A list containing:

Predicted length frequencies (numeric matrix)

lp

Negative log-likelihood values (numeric vector)
